How to change my PGC Mailbox & Teams password

If you use any of the below services, then please DO NOT change your password using this method.

  • Use a company pgc.local domain joined computer and you logon using PGC\username.
  • Remote desktop to SAP HANA
  • PGC Network Locations drives (e.g., H: RESOURCE HUB)

If you don’t use the above services, your PGC Mailbox & Teams password can be changed by clicking the below link…

Ensure you logon with your com.au username (e.g., firstname.surname@paragoncare.com.au)

Enter your current password.

Enter the multi-factor number shown into your Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile phone.

Enter the new password twice.

NOTE: This method of password change is not enabled for ch2.net.au user accounts.

Select [Yes] to stay signed in, then select your profile (bottom left) > View Account, and then Change Password
