How to reset user’s password in Pronto Thin Xi Client
- Login your credentials
- Navigate to “Surgical Specialties Pty Ltd” database and click “Hot Key” button
- Click “SMC”
- Click “User Utilities Menu”
- Click “Reset/Expire Password
- Click “Find” or select the user from the list
- Please check or confirm the highlighted user and then click “Select User”
- Click “Ok”
- Click “OK”
- Type the temporary password (text are not visible when you type)
