How to fix Chrome JDE UBE PDF error

If you receive the below error when printing a document from JDE, you may need to adjust your Google Chrome browser to download PDFs instead of opening them.

UBE: Retrieve of UBE file failed. The file may not exist on Enterprise Server.

Open Chrome’s menu (3 dots up the top right) and select settings…

 

 


 

Within Settings, search for pdf… and expand Site settings

 

Scroll down to Additional content settings and expand it…

 

Expand PDF documents

 

Select Download PDFs
