How to Update saved CH2 passwords after a password reset


If you have a Paragon Care computer and you have requested your CH2 MFA / Mailbox / FortiClient VPN password, be reset by the IT Service Desk, you will also need to update the CH2 password recorded in Credential Manager.

 Select your [Start] menu and type “cred” to search for Credential Manager, and open Credential Manager

Select “Windows Credentials” on the right…

Your CH2 password is recorded against the highlighted CH2 servers.  Do not worry if you don’t have them all.  Expand the first one (down arrow to the right)…

Select Edit

Update the password matching your newly reset CH2 MFA / Mailbox / FortiClient VPN password and [Save]…

Repeat for each CH2 password
