How to Update saved passwords after a password change

If you have a PGC computer and you have changed your CH2 / Mailbox password, or it was reset by the IT Service Desk, you will also need to update the CH2 password recorded in Credential Manager to restore your network drive connections.

Select your [Start] menu and type “cred” to search for Credential Manager, and open Credential Manager…

Select “Windows Credentials” on the right…

Your CH2 (API1.local) password is recorded against the highlighted CH2 servers.  Do not worry if you don’t have them all.  Expand the first one (down arrow to the right)…

Select Edit…

Update the password matching your newly reset Mailbox password and [Save]…

Repeat for each CH2 server password.  Here is a list of CH2 servers…
