If you are having trouble opening invoices in CH2 Direct and you are using Chrome you will need to adjust your Chrome settings for direct.ch2.net.au

 

Click on three dots in the right hand corner of the browser

 

Click on Privacy and security – Site Settings

 

 

Scroll to the bottom and Click on Additional Content

 

Click on Insecure Content

 

Add direct.ch2.net.au and ecomm.ch2.net.au
