CH2 has developed a “Run Code Master” screen in JDE. The application number is P5542RCM.
The “Run Code Master” is a central listing of all the run codes for each branch listing key attributes for each run code.
The data that is stored in the “Run Code Master” has been made available on the Sales Order Entry screen, allowing customer service to view the information about a selected run code as orders are being entered into JDE.
This will help customer service select the correct run code for each order and also reduce the number of inquiries warehouse staff receive from customer service.
The cut-off times allocated to each run code is automatically updated to the customer run code table in JDE, reducing the maintenance time required when cut of times are changed.
