A process has been developed which automatically cancels backorders in JDE production after a nominated number of days set by customer type.
The process is run via an SSIS package “JDE_Production_Backorder_Cancel” which is run on the data warehouse server ‘SOP-DWDB’ at 11.00pm each week day.
There are three ways on managing exceptions in JDE:
• By Order Number
• By Sold to Account
• By Item Code
