The CR1209 EDI Stock Report is a knockout report listing all items which have been cancelled from EDI orders placed on CH2.
The CR1209 can be set up for any customer on JDE.
The CR1209 can only be set up by child account.
The report runs automatically every 30 minutes for any EDI orders placed on CH2 with the previous half-hour block.
• Report runs at 10 minutes past the hour for orders placed between 31 and 59 minutes past the previous hour
• Report runs at 40 minutes past the hour for orders placed between 0 and 30 minutes past the current hour
Customers will only receive an email if CH2 has received an order in the given time interval and lines have been cancelled.
The customer will receive one email per order placed. If a customer places three orders within a given time interval, they will receive three separate emails.
The CFR1209 EDI Stock Report lists each line which has been cancelled, listing item details, quantity cancelled and a reason message, including an ETA date if one is available.
