CH2 records the sales order ‘fill rate’ on a daily basis, this is a measure of how successful CH2 was in filling
orders to customers on a given day. This measure is expressed as a percentage and displayed on a number of
reports as a daily and month-to-date figure (including the CR400).
Fill rate figures are calculated each night for that days’ orders via a DTS package on the JDE_Reporting server,
these figures are stored in an SQL table for various reports to use.
