A process has been developed which will exclude a select list of products from customers on CH2 Direct where
the account type (cat code 3) is ‘T21’, cash sale accounts.
The is part of the ‘product group’ and ‘customer group’ process where items and customers are assigned a group
and only those customers in the group can view and order those products.
The list is managed in JDE using a UDC code, any changes made in JDE will be updated in CH2 Direct
overnight.
