Suppressing Account Details on Supplier Reports
CH2 customers may wish to have their sales details suppressed from all reports which are set out to suppliers
via CH2 Gateway etc…
A privacy flag has been set up in the Supplemental Data screen which allows for accounts to be flagged as
‘Private’
Setting this flag to ‘Yes’ will remove all name and address details from all supplier CH2 Gateway reports.
Suppliers will just see the account number and the account name will read: “Private Account – Do Not Contact”
The setting will become effective the day after it is updated.
